Who do you work with?

Are you familiar with BC and Canadian tax requirements?
Yes. We work within Canadian accounting standards and are familiar with CRA requirements, including GST, PST (BC), payroll remittances, T4s, T5s, and Record of Employment (ROE) reporting.
Do you file my income tax return?
No. As bookkeepers, we prepare accurate and organized financial records and work closely with your accountant or tax professional to ensure a smooth and efficient tax filing process.
Can you work with my existing accountant?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with accountants and can provide clean, reconciled books and year-end reports in the format your accountant prefers.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
We commonly work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other Canadian-compliant bookkeeping platforms. If you already use a system, we’re happy to work within it or recommend improvements if needed.
Do you offer virtual bookkeeping?
Yes. We work with clients throughout British Columbia using secure, cloud-based tools, allowing us to provide efficient and accurate bookkeeping without the need for in-person meetings.
How often do you update my books?
This depends on your needs. Most clients choose monthly bookkeeping, but we also offer quarterly catch-ups, cleanup services, and year-end preparation.
Can you help if my books are behind?
Yes. We specialize in bookkeeping clean-ups and catch-up work. If your records are months or years behind, we can bring everything up to date and get you back on track.
Do you handle GST and PST filings?
Yes. We prepare and file GST and BC PST returns accurately and on time, helping you avoid penalties and interest.
